*renata-young showed me this masking tutorial and I've been itching to get a chance to try it on.
Well, I guess you can see it.

hmmm, that quick mask thingy works a bit faster than the alpha channel technique i've been using. Although setting the lines on "multiply" is even faster.

I like the lighter lines on the dress, with the black tone behind it. (you can't do that with the multiply technique I just mentioned)

I was using Multiply until now, and that alpha technique a couple of times, then it got too complicated and then went back to Multiply.

Now I'm with masking!

I love masking. I've never figured out quickmask though. I use clipping masks and vector masks like no one's business, though.
